Land and Lot Acquisition
When a client is considering purchasing a piece of property for their new home, it is imperative that the client understands all the details of building on a lot. Our team provides services that help any owner best understand the details and potential constraints of building. This includes civil engineering, architectural restrictions, HOA requirements, and additional aspects that can impact the feasibility of certain building and design aspects.

Working with our team of designers and specialists ensures that every detail is meticulously defined. All interior and exterior finishes are cataloged in a design book that ensures the integrity of your vision and the appropriate budgets are well communicated.
Budget and Schedule Development
While the project is being architecturally and structurally designed, in parallel with the solidification of interior details, our team is consistently working on budgets, updates, and scheduling. In addition to in-person communication, we work through our building management software, Co-Construct, to maintain clarity with our clients. This software tool allows our clients to have full view of the critical path and details surrounding their dream home. Digitally and personally, our communication practices produce straight-forward clarity encompassing all the features of development, such as the selection of plumbing fixtures, tiles, cabinets, windows, appliances and more. Our methods ensure that clients and your home-building team have any answer at the reach of their fingertips.
Our Project Managers have years of experience. They are passionately involved in the early aspect of the design process and are fully invested before the project even breaks ground. Once your dream home is underway, our Project Managers track all aspects of the job – from scheduling, daily logs, expenses, billings, inspections, and more – to create a seamless build experience. Together with our office team and software tools, you can expect updates and progress photos on a continuous basis as your vision is built from the ground-up!
Argue Custom Homes is involved with the daily aspects of building your home. We understand that even the smallest detail contributes to the overall big picture of your vision. We serve as the point of contact for all team members and have hands-on management of all daily activities in the field. The Project Managers are on-site daily recording every step of the building process in Co-Construct. Therefore, you can watch your dream home come to life daily whether you are minutes or miles away!
As a part of the Argue Custom Homes family, Project Completion is a very special time. It is when we get to see months of hard work, collaboration, and passion come together. During this phase, we conduct comprehensive walk-throughs to ensure every expectation is exceeded before move-in. Along with your keys, we deliver a completed package of all the documents and warranties archiving the building process for future reference or home needs.
